Caeli is one of six children in her family, was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia and attended Chancellor High School. She went on to study American Government / Pre-Law at the University of Virginia, and then received her law degree at George Mason University School of Law.

Caeli has been practicing law for over 20 years, initially in private practice where she worked primarily in commercial real estate, zoning and land use law. She later moved to the residential law side, and has extensive experience handling real estate closings for both residential and commercial transactions.

In her spare time, Caeli spends time with her husband and 4 children. She enjoys running and exercising, and loves to read. She serves on the Board of Directors of A M.O.M.S. Peace, a nonprofit corporation, and is a member of the building committee for Saint Gabriel’s Mission in Manassas Park, Virginia.
