Caeli Volk

Caeli is one of six children in her family, was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia and attended Chancellor High School. She went on to study American Government / Pre-Law at the University of Virginia, and then received her law degree at George Mason University School of Law.

Caeli has been practicing law for over 20 years, initially in private practice where she worked primarily in commercial real estate, zoning and land use law. She later moved to the residential law side, and has extensive experience handling real estate closings for both residential and commercial transactions.

In her spare time, Caeli spends time with her husband and 4 children. She enjoys running and exercising, and loves to read. She serves on the Board of Directors of A M.O.M.S. Peace, a nonprofit corporation, and is a member of the building committee for Saint Gabriel’s Mission in Manassas Park, Virginia.

Elizabeth Chang

Liz has been with Kase since 2013. Liz takes on a variety of duties within the firm with an expertise in compliance.

Melissa Wiese

Melissa Wiese is a Virginia Beach native and has been in involved in real estate for over a decade. Melissa has been involved in real estate as a real estate agent, foreclosure expert, and attorney. Melissa received her undergraduate degree in Sociology at the College of William and Mary and earned her juris doctorate degree from Regent University School of Law.

As a former real estate agent, Melissa understands the needs of real estate agents and their clients. She prides herself in providing a seamless and pleasant closing experience. Melissa is committed to solving the complex and last-minute issues so that closing happens correctly and on time. She is dedicated to providing excellent service and is always available to assist everyone in the process.

Melissa and her husband live in Virginia Beach with their daughter.  In her free time, you can find her reading or at the beach with her family.

Rob Simcox

Rob Simcox is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. He joined Kase & Associates in 2006, where he has conducted thousands of commercial and residential real estate transactions in the Washington, D.C. area.

Rob is an experienced teacher, who has written and taught real estate agents and loan officers courses on a wide range of topics including short sales, foreclosures, RESPA compliance, title insurance, contracts and forms of real property ownership.

In his free time, Rob and his wife Emily chase two energetic boys wherever the wind takes them. He is an avid reader, an amateur artist, a runner, and is involved with his local church.

Sadaf Saberi

Sadaf was born and raised in Lewes, Delaware and moved to Washington D.C. for college where she received a Bachelor’s Degree from American University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law School. Sadaf has been working in the real estate industry since 2004 and started with Kase & Associates in 2009. Building and fostering relationships with realtors, clients and fellow colleagues is very important to Sadaf and shows in the personal relationships she has built over the years. Additionally, Sadaf enjoys conducting training and continuing education classes for realtors and industry professionals.

In her free time, Sadaf enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as travelling. Sadaf and her family live in Leesburg, Virginia and are proud to officially call themselves “suburbanites.”

Sara Turner

Sara grew up in northeast Ohio and attended college at Grove City College in western Pennsylvania, majoring in both psychology and political science. After graduating, she seized an opportunity to study law at Regent University as a scholarship recipient.

Sara has been practicing real estate law for over 12 years, with substantial exposure to complex title issues and default-related matters. She prides herself on her ability to break down complex issues, making them more understandable, and then on working diligently to solve those issues. During her down time, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and their “golden-ish shep-triever”, Scout.
